How this works
A few plain answers — and how to reach us.
How the letters work
Write to Paul and he writes back — but not instantly. He writes in his own time, usually mornings or evenings, so your reply arrives a little later, with a link to read it here. That slowness is on purpose; a letter isn't a chat.
The daily word
Subscribe and you'll get a short passage in Paul's voice each morning. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe, and you can reply to any of them to write Paul back.
Not getting emails?
Check your spam folder, and add our address to your contacts so future letters land in your inbox.
Deleting your account
Want your account and letters removed? Email us and we'll take care of it.
If you're in crisis
Please don't wait on a letter. In the US, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline), text HOME to 741741, or call 911 if you're in immediate danger. Outside the US, find help at findahelpline.com.
Anything else
Questions, problems, or just want to say hello? Email hello@lettersfrompaul.day.
Grace and peace to you.
